Entry tension
Stable uncoiling and entry tension keep the strip controlled through the wet section.
JINYE strip cleaning lines remove rolling oil, emulsion residue, metal powder and surface contamination through a configurable sequence of degreasing, brushing, rinsing, squeezing, drying and filtration modules.
A cleaning line can be installed after cold rolling, before annealing, before coating or ahead of slitting. Brush material, spray pressure, chemistry, filtration and drying capacity should be selected together with the strip grade and line speed.
These ranges are based on the supplied parameter sheet and should be confirmed against material, oil type, cleanliness target and plant utilities.
| Line Type | Application | Width Range | Thickness Range | Speed Range |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Strip degreasing cleaning line | After cold rolling and before annealing; removes rolling oil, emulsion, metal fines and surface residue | 350-1780 mm | 0.03-3.0 mm | 80-300 m/min |
| High-speed precision strip cleaning line | High surface grade stainless steel or silicon steel before annealing or coating | 450-1450 mm | 0.05-1.5 mm | 150-500 m/min |
| Copper strip degreasing line | Copper and copper alloy strip cleaning before annealing or cutting | 350-1250 mm | 0.05-2.5 mm | 60-250 m/min |
| Sheet or plate cleaning machine | Single-sheet or continuous plate cleaning before packing or surface treatment | 600-1600 mm | 0.3-6.0 mm | 5-30 m/min |
Different surface classes require different cleaning lengths, spray pressure, brush configuration, filtration precision and drying capacity.
Stable uncoiling and entry tension keep the strip controlled through the wet section.
Alkaline or neutral degreasing, double-sided brushing and spray cleaning are selected by oil load.
Multi-stage rinsing, filtration and water treatment interfaces control residue and water quality.
Squeeze rolls, hot air or air knives reduce water marks and downstream process risk.
